Shipping & Returns
Warm Weather Notice: Make’n Mold® and Chocomaker Candy Wafers may melt in transit during the warm weather months (May through October). However, this DOES NOT affect the quality or flavor of the product, and CAN be re-melted and used normally. Heat can affect the appearance of the product, which is not always appealing to the eye but it is still a quality, flavorful product.
12pm EST Daily Cut-off Time
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 7-14 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until business hours resume on Monday.
Shipping Within Continental US
We cannot ship to PO Boxes within the continental US.
The payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Duties, taxes and additional processing and handling charges will be collected from you by the carrier at the time of delivery on a C.O.D. basis – they will be extra and above what we charge you for your order, and in many cases can be quite expensive. We do not know at the time of order how much those additional processing and handling charges, taxes and/or duties will cost. Chocolate Delivery Systems is not accountable for any of these charges, taxes or duties; they are solely your responsibility and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us. If for any reason those charges are not paid by you when you receive the order, we will bill back those charges back to you using the same method of payment with which your original order was paid.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Chocolate Delivery Systems. If you are unsatisfied, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of your purchase date.
We are an SQF (Safe Quality Food) facility and therefore cannot take back any food products. To initiate a return, please email email@example.com or call 844-280-2374 with your order number and a list of the items you wish to return or exchange.
We apologize, but we cannot accept the return of food items, which includes candy wafers, baking chips, decorettes, and sprinkles.
For all returns and exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the reason for return is damaged product.
Once your refund is processed a payment credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
If you experience a delay in receiving your refund, please check with your bank and credit card company as often there is processing time with banking institutions before any refund is officially posted.
If you are shipping any item over $50, please consider using tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee delivery of any returned items.
